
NAFA Chicago Educational & Networking Event July 2025

Join your NAFA Chicago area colleagues for an exciting educational and networking Event on July 18! The day will include panel discussions and presentations, vendor spotlights, food, and fun – all while enjoying time with other fleet professionals. Impact Field – home to the Chicago Dogs Baseball Team – will be the backdrop for our meeting offering ballpark views from the Rivers Stadium Club. Attendees will have the option of attending the educational sessions and the 6:30 p.m. game that includes dinner, all the comforts of the Rivers Stadium Club, padded seats, and one of the best vantage points in the ballpark!
Attendees can also choose to attend just the educational portion of the afternoon from 2 to 5 p.m.

Meeting with Baseball Game (including educational content and networking, afternoon snack and refreshment break, vendor access, dinner, River Stadium Club access with all the perks, as well as game ticket for that night’s game with padded seats):
$75 NAFA Members and $100 for non-members and guests.
Meeting Only (including educational content and networking, vendor access, afternoon snack and refreshment break):
$30 NAFA Members and $55 for non-members and guests
Registration Deadline is by July 6 – no additional game tickets will be available after that date – so please don’t wait to register.

Those staying for game will have their dinner buffet served before the game starts and will enjoy additional networking time and refreshments in the Stadium Rivers Club throughout the game that begins at 6:30 p.m.
Parking is available in the garage adjacent to Impact Field for $3 a vehicle. Additional parking is available in the Rosemont Entertainment District.
