Meet Your Host:  SENIOR MASTER SGT, Retired Chuck Cramer Jr., CAFM.  Chuck Cramer Jr. is the Director of Fleet Services for the City of Lynchburg, Virginia where he is responsible for the cradle to grave operations of a fleet of 746 assets, and the administration of nearly 1,300 vehicles. Chuck reports to the City Manager and advises them on all vehicle related concerns. Chuck grew up in Bristol, Pennsylvania where he entered the Air Force in 1991and remained for the next 25 years. His background includes Logistics, Electronic Warfare, and 32 years in the vehicle and equipment industry. Chuck served in multiple deployed locations throughout Iraq & Afghanistan in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom, as well as NATO operations. Education includes;-4 levels of Professional Military Education-Professional Manager Certification-Bachelor’s in Business Quality Management-CAFM-MBA-Public Administration student
