Chief Judge of the Green Garages Contest

Ms. Bozic is an environmental scientist and green fleet consultant who has worked with the Green Fleet contest since its inception fourteen years ago. As a judge, she expanded the scope of Green Fleet contest application, making contestants’ suggested improvements and including new technology areas developed over those years. She is also the author of the content for the Green Garage Contest, which started in 2020. She is considered a sustainable transportation expert with experience in a variety of environmental areas, including alternative fuel infrastructure development and siting of fueling and EV charging, electric vehicle applications, fleet systems studies for reduction of fuel use and greenhouse gases, biofuels applications for biodiesel and E85, fueling facility and biofuels storage terminal design and costing, vehicle fleet strategies for right sizing and right typing, anti-idling, innovative fuel saving technologies and fleet efficiency consulting. She formed her own consulting firm, Clean Fuels Consulting, in late 2003. CFC works primarily with municipalities, school districts and fuel distributors on expanding sustainable fleets, and is a certified women owned business in the States of New York and Pennsylvania, the Cities of New York and Philadelphia, and a New York State Department of Transportation Disadvantaged Business. She lives in Bay Shore, New York with her domestic partner James Rooney of the FDNY, and two pesky miniature dachshunds.
