CAFM Office Hours: Asset Management with Carlos Osterroth
January 22, 2025 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
The notion of “office hours” traces its roots back to an academic tradition. During this designated time, students were aware that they could visit a professor’s office to seek advice, discuss ideas, tackle challenges, and find solutions with the guidance of an expert. Now, you have the opportunity to benefit from Office Hours as well! Rather than meeting with professors, you’ll have the chance to connect with a busy, knowledgeable, well-connected CAFM who has dedicated time specifically for you and your fellow candidates. As you aspire to attain your CAFM, your Office Hours Host is here to assist.
In this session, our faculty will:
• showcase his career journey and experiences
• teach a 30-minute insider lesson on one competency – Asset Management
• discuss 4 practice questions (after you give them a try)
• share their favorite test taking pro-tip
• engage in open dialogue to answer your questions
Meet Your Host: Carlos Osterroth is the Director of ArmsEdge ProSolutions, CAFM certified since 2015. Carlos has been responsible for government fleets in Canada’s federal and municipal governments and managed operating and capital budgets, and fleet inventories over US $85M. He specializes in municipal government fleets and asset management plans, emphasizing corporate organizational development and psychology. The CAFM experience has been critical to Carlose’s career and professional development.
