Online Bootcamp and Certificate Course
Vehicle maintenance directly impacts productivity, driver satisfaction, corporate image, safety, environmental compliance, and the financial bottom line. This online course will explore the core components involved with vehicle maintenance including overall maintenance goals, shop operations, environmental concerns, inventory management, and staffing strategies. A Professional Certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of the Vehicle Fuel Management Certificate program exam.
Through this three-session course, participants will be able to:
- Identify maintenance activities and the financial impact they have on fleet operations
- Understand the factors that influence a decision to outsource a shop operation.
- Recognize the key components of a managing parts inventory.
- Learn why the auditing process is important when outsourcing.
- Determine appropriate staffing levels.

Through three live virtual sessions, participants will be able to engage in instructor-led lessons, question and answer sessions, and have access to a knowledgeable expert. Upon conclusion of the three-part course, participants will gain access to the Vehicle Fuel Management Certificate program exam, a 50-question multiple-choice test that can be taken anytime, anywhere (system requirements apply). Those who successfully pass the exam by October 31, 2023 will be awarded a Professional Certificate.
