NAFA Heartland Meeting @ Work Truck Week – March 2025

Join your fellow fleet professionals in Indianapolis for NAFA’s Heartland March meeting being held at the Indianapolis Convention Center during NTEA’s Work Truck Show. Spend your mornings with old friends and making new ones, while discussing all things fleet!
Meeting fee: $25 includes coffee break at the Heartland meeting and Expo Hall access to Work Truck Show for Wednesday, March 5. *Expo pass does not include access to education sessions or meals.

9:45 a.m.: Welcome Remarks
10:00 a.m.: Cultivating Culture: How Organizational Values Drive Fleet Success. This panel discussion will provide actionable strategies and insights to create a safer, more efficient, and future-proof fleet by combining the power of predictive technology with a strong, proactive safety culture. The moderator for the panel will be Erin Gilchrist, VP Fleet Evangelism with IntelliShift. Panelists will include Jake Upper, Director of Fleet for NiSource; Joe Lewis, Transportation Manager with Marimor Industries; and Erin Bailie, Product Manager with IntelliShift.
10:45 a.m.: RMHC presentation
11:00 a.m.: Company Culture with RTA’s Director of Strategic Innovation, Steve Saltzgiver, CAFS. This session will discuss why being intentional with your culture becomes the advantage you need to win today’s battle over technician shortages, supply chain shortfalls, and challenging stakeholders. Hear the key ingredients of a great culture, tactics to implement them, and outcomes to measure success.
Noon: Final remarks
