NAFA Old Dominion LNG August Meeting – Recruiting and Retaining Technicians

Please join us on August 22 for the next NAFA Old Dominion event! Calvin Chambliss, the City of Richmond’s Fleet Manager, will discuss how he recruits and retains technicians. When Calvin started with Richmond, he had twelve technicians. Today, Calvin has grown the program to 32 technicians, and uses a variety of imaginative techniques to find technicians. Attend this meeting to learn all about Calvin and his team’s effective methods to recruit and retain technicians for the City of Richmond. and how their methods and techniques, or tweaking their ideas, may help you in your role!
