As global fleets transition from internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles to electric vehicles (EVs), fleet managers face several challenges, particularly related to costs and infrastructure. For over six years, Adam worked diligently on commercial and government fleet development with a leading legacy American automotive OEM before sharpening his focus specifically in the electric vehicle space. Since 2017, Adam has been dedicated to helping companies navigate the transition to EVs and fleet electrification, with unique experience spanning into EV refitting for medium-duty vehicle conversions, addressing gaps in an area still in its infancy of development for OEMs. Currently at Blink, he is committed to growing comprehensive charging infrastructure solutions in order to ease and support the transition toward electric mobility. Adam works closely with fleet managers to tackle the key hurdles in EV adoption, including navigating utilities and securing funding options, helping fleet businesses seamlessly embrace and thrive with electric vehicles.

Adam Seifert, CAFM serves as the Director of Fleet Advisory & Analytics at Inspiration Mobility. In his role, Seifert leads a team of consulting analysts who provide strategic insights and solutions to fleet operators. With over a decade of experience in the fleet industry, Adam’s expertise spans fleet operations & safety, policy development, and data-driven decision making. After spending several years managing medical transportation and last mile delivery fleets, he went on to lead sustainability consulting at Holman as well as procurement and electrification efforts for McKinsey & Company’s fleet clients. Adam has volunteered for numerous roles at NAFA Fleet Management Association, including serving on the Board of Directors. A frequent industry speaker and blog contributor, he is based out of New Jersey and has a B.S. in Business Management from Stockton University.

He also retired from the Arkansas National Guard in 2012 after numerous deployments.
