Risk Management for Fleet and Mobility Professionals

Online Bootcamp and Certificate Course

January 14, 16, 21, and 23, 2025  |  Early Bird Rates Available Through December 20!

Risk management is a form of planning and decision-making dealing with uncertain events as well as controlling risks before they can become a problem. While insurance is commonly associated with risk management, it is not possible or practical to insure against every situation; hence, risk management provides additional strategies for dealing with loss.

Through four live virtual sessions, participants will demonstrate the varying strategies of dealing with risk by focusing on insurance, subrogation, training, safety, and crash management. Learners will engage in instructor-led lessons, questions and answers sessions, and have access to a knowledgeable expert. Upon conclusion of the four-part course, participants will gain access to the Risk Management Certificate program exam, a 50-question multiple-choice test that can be taken anytime, anywhere (system requirements apply). Those who successfully pass the exam (one year from date of purchase) will be awarded a professional certificate.

This course will cover the Risk Management competencies including:

  • Understand the fundamentals of risk management in a way that can easily apply to your fleet.
  • Uncover the ins-and-outs of fleet insurance and what works best for your fleet.
  • Develop effective and practical fleet safety policies.
  • Analyze the qualities of impactful fleet safety programs from real-world examples.
  • Explore how to reduce costs and liability through best practices around crash management.
