Is membership an annual fee?
Yes, membership runs for one year from the time you join.
Which membership category is right for me?
Regardless of your role within the fleet community, membership in NAFA is exceptionally value-rich. There are two different membership types based on how many individuals from your organization are enrolling: Regular Member and Group Membership. The Membership Types page outlines all the different kinds of membership NAFA offers.
What type of membership am I eligible for?
A regular membership is designed for any individual who has a professional interest in motor vehicle fleet administration, including those whose primary responsibilities relate to the management of a motor vehicle fleet, and including those who supply products and/or services directly pertaining to the fleet industry.
How do I sign up?
The sign-up process for NAFA membership is online, and can be found on the Join Now page. There, you can find links to the online and PDF applications for Regular Members and Group Members.
Is there a discount for having more than one member from my company?
Yes, NAFA offers a discount on membership pricing if your company signs up for an Group Membership. Please contact member services for pricing information.
What percentage of my dues are attributed to lobbying activities?
Approximately 5.1% of NAFA’s operational expenses go toward our legislative affairs.
Does my company have a membership?
Membership is in an individual’s name not the company name. Your company may have an Group Membership but those memberships are also in an individual’s name. Membership pricing only applies to those with a membership.
Does NAFA accept purchase orders?
While you can send NAFA a purchase order, your purchase will not be processed until payment is received.
What are NAFA Regions?
NAFA Regions provide opportunities for fleet professionals to gather locally, to develop relationships, to foster idea sharing, and to learn with and from each other. Each Region also has Local Networking Groups that engage members at the local level with different activities throughout the year.
