NAFA Adds High-Impact Fleet Emergency Preparedness Session to I&E 2025 Agenda

Edison, N.J. (April 22, 2025) As extreme weather events continue to shape the future of fleet management, NAFA Fleet Management Association (NAFA) is introducing a new, highly relevant session to its 2025 Institute & Expo (I&E) in Long Beach, California. On Monday, April 28, from 1:00-2:30 p.m., fleet professionals will have the unique opportunity to dive into Fleet Emergency Preparedness: Best Practices and Case Studies during the Food for Thought Luncheon.

“Fleet safety and emergency preparedness have never been more critical, and this session is designed to equip attendees with practical, real-world strategies that can make a significant impact during unforeseen events,” said Bill Schankel, CAE, NAFA CEO. “We are proud to offer this session as part of I&E 2025, providing fleet professionals with actionable insights to strengthen their emergency response plans and ensure operational continuity.”

By examining successful response strategies, attendees will learn how to effectively protect their fleets during emergencies and ensure seamless operations through technology and communication.
